I was born August 28, 1983 to Richard and Mary Cicchetti on the Northwest side of Chicago. I am the middle child of 5 children, 1 older brother, 1 older sister and 1 younger brother, 1 younger sister. From pre-school through 8th grade I went to St. Tarcissus School in the neighborhood of Gladstone Park. I attended Niles, Notre Dame High School for Boys and as a Junior in High School I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps.

On September 10, 2001 I began Recruit Training at MCRD San Diego. In February 2002 I went to Marine Combat Training on Camp Pendleton and went to Pensacola, FL for A School as a Special Intelligence Communicator. From there I received my duty station at MCBH Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii and was stationed there until my EAS date of September 9, 2006. In 2003 I was deployed to Bahrain in support of OIF 1, in 2004 I was in Ramadi, Iraq for OIF 2 and in 2005 I was in Ramadi, Iraq again for OIF 3.

Before joining the United States Marine Corps I graduated from Niles, Notre Dame High School for Boys. After the end of my active service I attended Wright Community College where I received an Associate’s Degree in Marketing/Management. I then transferred to Northeastern Illinois University where I recently graduated, on August 12, 2015, with a degree in Finance.

I am currently working at Maron Electric in Skokie, IL directly under the Operations Manager. In October, 2015 I will be applying to be a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigations. I hope to be in a field such as White Collar Crime/Bank Robbery or in an Anti-Terror Unit.
